Shift Supervisor – Hard Turning Ballheads (m/f/d)

You independently conduct shift transfers and ensure a frictionless production process by passing on all relevant information. During your shift, you take over the fine positioning of the production orders and coordinate the use of colleagues. You are responsible for a demand-oriented shift and holiday planning and the implementation of training measures of your shift. In coordination with the production line, you will take disciplinary measures (e.g. implementation of reverse talks, annual talks, etc.). You lead, promote and develop your employees.

You have a technical training as an industrial mechanic (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification and have ideally completed further training as a master (w/m/d). With your already existing professional experience, you will be familiar with the operation, maintenance and maintenance of production facilities and bring well-founded CNC knowledge. You are committed and structured, willing to take responsibility and have ideally already gained first leadership experience. You are a real team player (w/m/d) and create a good working environment thanks to your open, communicative way and cooperative way of working. Work in the shift model and flexible work tasks are not a problem for you. Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as basic PC knowledge complete your profile.
