Efficient patient administration: organisation of patient ideas (including emergencies), performance documentation, billing preparation and processing of medical documents – always taking into account current social legislation. Configuring at the heart of the clinic: support for diagnostic and therapeutic measures – from vital value detection to association changes to allergy diagnosis. Medical-practical know-how: independent execution and reprocessing of delegated medical activities such as blood collection, ECGs, injections, sampling and lung function tests. Assistance with responsibility: Accompanying small surgical interventions and complex procedures, such as punctures or polytraumatic care – with precise preparation and documentation. Science meets clinic: Active cooperation in clinical studies and translational research projects – combine theory and practice for real medical progress. Instructions for new employees and trainees – promote competence and team spirit in everyday medical life. Interface between medicine and administration: safe handling of compensation systems, settlements (e.g. iGEL, private, university ambulance) and legal regulations. Interdisciplinary teamwork: Close cooperation with medical and nursing staff – for holistic patient care at the highest level.
