Expert In-Store PRO Operations (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the design, standardization and optimization of filling and pick-up processes for professional orders and their translation into clear store standards and SOPs

Ownership for building, layout and functionality of PRO service areas to ensure fast processes and high service quality in the market

Development of a consistent B2B customer management (Navigation/Signage) from the car park to the central PRO touchpoints in close cooperation with merchandising

Definition of layout and placement policies for physical integration of PRO service areas with relevant PRO ranges

Systematic recovery of store feedback on bottlenecks, process and area problems as well as deriving concrete concept and process improvements

Support of countries and format managers in rollout and implementation of PRO standards incl. Training and ability of store teams

Building and maintaining a country-specific catalogue of operational standards and monitoring the consistency and quality of physical assets in the markets

Professional experience: Insufficient practice in the retail environment, in particular in Store Operations, Logistics, Area and Floor Management or comparable operational functions – ideally in the DIY, building materials or infilialized trade environment

Conception strength: Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as the ability to structure physical processes and translate them into efficient, standardized processes as well as practical layout concepts

Interface Management: Embossed communication and stakeholder management skills for secure collaboration with market management, regional operations teams and central interfaces

Hands-on-Mentality: High commitment and joy at work directly in the local markets to understand customer needs and operational challenges
