IT Infrastructure Specialist / IT System Administrator (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of the hardware and software used, maintenance and documentation of the IT systems used on Prem and in M365. You can also set up network components and exchange them as needed. You act in a service-oriented manner – you act as a competent internal contact for your defined responsibility area and provide user and location support for the Jever and connected warehouse site. They ensure smooth operations – you take over the user and location support at the Jever site as well as the 1st and 2nd level support in the client and server environment. They are part of the team – and take over other topics and are ready to take over project work.

Your education – you have a successfully completed vocational training as a specialist system integration (m/w/d) or a comparable training. Your experience – You have been able to gain several years of professional experience in a comparable position as a system supervisor. You also have deep experience in IT service management. Your personality – you are very strongly service-oriented and can easily abstract and represent complex facts on the essentials. Organizational and communication strengths are just as self-sufficiency, and a convincing appearance at our internal customers. Own initiative and solution orientation complete your profile. Your know-how – Excellent knowledge of client operating systems and Windows server systems, good knowledge of software deployment with MS Intune, ITIL Foundation knowledge.
