For the further development of our electrotechnical organization, we are looking for a dedicated overall responsibility for electrical engineering (m/w/d). In this key position, you are responsible for technical and supervisory responsibility with regard to electrical safety and the resulting obligations in occupational and health protection. You report directly to the management and take over the overriding responsibility for our locations in Rubenow and Rheinsberg. You create the organisational conditions for safe operation of electrical installations and ensure that all electrical engineering works are carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations, standards and recognised rules of the art.

Perception of the function as an overall responsibility of electric power (GVEFK) for the locations Rubenow and Rheinsberg in direct line of report to the management Management, consulting and support of the responsible electrical specialists (BVEFK), electrical specialists (EFK) and electrotechnically instructed persons (EuP) including the establishment of qualification requirements and the organisation of training and training measures Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations, standards and regulations (including DIN VDE, DGUV, BetrSichV) and continuous further development of electrical safety standards Organisation and monitoring of testing of electrical installations, equipment and machinery, as well as the release and updating of work instructions, risk assessments, operating instructions and safety concepts Assessment of electrotechnical hazards, the establishment of appropriate protective measures and the implementation of internal audits, safety and documentation to ensure electrical safety Technical support for technical projects as well as coordination and monitoring of external service providers in electrical engineering works Analysis of disturbances, near events and accidents with electrotechnical reference, development and implementation of appropriate improvement measures

Your profile

Complete university studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable technical field Practical experience in the electrotechnical environment, including sound knowledge of the relevant DIN VDE standards, DGUV regulations and operational safety regulations Experience in the organisation of electrotechnical operations and safety processes as well as the professional management of employees or Motivation to take responsibility Impressed sense of responsibility and a structured and solution-oriented way of working communication strength and enforcement capacity, Secure handling of MS Office and technical documentation systems readiness for regular service trips between the locations Rubenow and Rheinsberg
