HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d)

As a central contact person (m/w/d) for the punctual and correct monthly billing of fees with SAP, you ensure the satisfaction of our employees With digital skill and great care, you manage our electronic personal files and always keeps master data, holiday and illness days in sight You take over all reporting and certification and are an important interface to external bodies As a competent and friendly point of contact, you are on the side of our employees with advice and action on all questions relating to pay billing. You communicate professionally with authorities and actively support us in external audits, such as the German Pension Insurance Together with financial accounting and controlling, you work hand in hand and ensure smooth operations You are driving AI projects together with the team to optimize our processes

Your basis is a well-founded, at least three-year experience in pay billing or a commercial training with a clear focus on human resources In the right to pay tax and social security, no one makes you so fast – your knowledge is up-to-date and practical Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is a matter of course Through multiannual accounting activity in SAP, you already bring safe knowledge to SAP HCM You are passionate about digital processes and have the pleasure of actively shaping the further development of our IT systems in payroll accounting Your precise, structured and absolutely reliable way of working makes you an estimated member of our team A friendly, service-oriented appearance, team spirit and highest discretion complete your profile
