As a production employee (m/w/d) production, you work directly on our finished parts and contribute to achieving the desired quality. You are part of a team that works practically, takes responsibility and ensures that the processes work reliably. The position gives you the chance to gain artisanal experience and develop yourself in a modern production environment.

• Cooperation in manufacturing for the production of predetermined components
• Conducting cosmetic rework and repairs on finished parts
• Support for further production-typical work steps as required

We are looking for

Care, motivation and the willingness to work in practical processes are essential for the production process. The position offers a good entry into the world of production and is also suitable for people who have already taken first steps in this area.

• German knowledge at least at level A2
• First experience in manufacturing are helpful, but not necessarily necessary
• readiness to work in shift work
• Reliable, careful and structured operation
• Ability to perform physical activities safely in the production environment
