You can do this with us:

• Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of building equipment in the areas of heating, climate and sanitation
• Disruption-related repair and implementation of small repairs
• Run and maintain fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work

We wish you:

• A completed vocational training in the fields of heating, sanitary, air conditioning and ventilation, gas and water installation or a comparable qualification
• First experience in technical building management / facility management desirable
• A customer-oriented way of thinking and independent work
• Driving license class 3 / B
