The body serves the independent, solution-oriented legal advice within the bank. It is characterised by legal advice, decision-making, design and mediation. As a lawyer at GLS Bank, work in a highly motivated team that is decentralized. In this task you take over: Examination of legal issues typically occurring in banks, e.g. in the area of account management and credit award, as well as GLS typical issues, e.g. on sustainability and cooperative law Enlightenment of facts and work and evaluation of solutions Independent, solution-oriented legal advice of GLS Bank's internal departments Community law, Community law, Community law, Community law Responsible appearance on the outside Cooperation with and support of external lawyers in the context of consultancy and litigation Support / Representation of lawyers

Ideal for this position: to quickly penetrate, structure, and explain the relevant legal aspects for non-Jurists, the strength, complex facts, including their business concerns a pronounced problem-solving skill, negotiation competence and communication skills combined with a clear customer orientation Risk awareness and implementation and decision-making Qualification as a full lawyer with at least two satisfying State Examina and at least first professional experience in a legal department, ideally in a bank, or a firm Knowledge of banking, economic, social, supervisory, data protection law and civil and contractual law Understanding regulatory requirements Interest in legal issues of the communication department and compliance and data protection
