Conducting professional customer consulting around contact lenses, individual vision needs and modern vision care solutions. Adapting contact lenses as well as accompanying customers in the safe application and care of their products. Actively design an innovative retail concept and create exceptional customer experiences in a modern store environment. Supporting the sales goals of the store through technical expertise, high service quality and trusting customer relationships. Close cooperation with Store Manager, other Eye Care Professionals and the store team to continuously improve customer experience and service quality.

Complete training in the field of optics, optometry or a comparable qualification in the field of vision care. Finded knowledge in the adaptation of contact lenses and in optical consulting. Ideally master qualification in eye optics craftsmanship or the willingness to develop professionally continuously. Joy in direct customer contact as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation. Interested in shaping a new and innovative retail concept together with a dedicated team. flowing German knowledge and ideal basic knowledge in English; further language skills are advantageous.
