What is the damage management of the next few years? You help shape this and really move something.

At Allianz Versicherungs-AG's Management Office, you work where you decide how the damage process changes for millions of customers. Artificial intelligence is not a buzzword, but one of our most important levers. You will get exciting insights into strategic topics, test ideas about operational processes and help them get to the everyday lives of many colleagues from the pilot project.

Your work is done directly with the management team of the department's damage, you prepare decisions and experience firsthand how strategy becomes a reality in a large group. This is what we expect as a working student (m/w/d)

We offer you a varied activity where no day resembles the other. As a working student, you learn how a board office works in everyday life, and are supported and demanded by a strong team of communication. You develop professionally and personally, and the fun is not too short.

You support the supervisor and the board assistant:inside in the day-to-day business and make sure that the topics are on the table in good time. You support developing solutions to take over tasks by artificial intelligence. You will start presentations, decision templates and other documents in German and English. You prepare executive tours and take part. You are responsible for smaller strategic subprojects and have real scope for action. You will bring conferences and events on your way, from organization to implementation.

You are in the final phase of your bachelor's or master's degree program and ideally bring you the first practical experience. You have already gained experience in the application of AI tools and an interest in further thinking. You are convinced by a sovereign communication behavior, a professional performance, and a quick understanding and a structured way of working. You work very independently, reliable and proactive, but always team-oriented. You can handle MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint very safely. Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies.
