Project Management / Construction Management Assistant in the Field of Electrical Engineering / I&C (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a project businessman / construction businessman (m/w/d) electrical engineering / MSR in permanent position.

Our client is a very established company with corporate membership. At the site, construction and modernization projects are implemented through structured project organisations in which commercial and technical interfaces work closely together. The focus is on a clean project management, from the order to the audit of the invoice, to the accounting and documentation of contractual processes. Internal project teams are involved as well as customers, entrepreneurs and business partners.

Acquisition of Commercial Tasks in Project Management, in particular Ordering, Purchasing, Auditing and Accounting Support for project management in the audit of contract bases, calculation requirements and project-related agreements Participation in project controlling through evaluations, demarcations, provisions and other measures for cost management Documentation of all contract-relevant votes and proofs for audit-proof project submission Correspondence and ongoing coordination with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal interfaces for smooth project execution

Successfully completed commercial training with technical understanding or a comparable qualification Ideally, first professional experience in commercial project business, preferably in the construction or technical environment Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines in construction as an advantage and interest in electrical engineering and MSR projects Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as a structured and careful operation Embossed team capacity, clear communication and sovereign stakeholder management in exchange with project management, customers and entrepreneurs
