ARE YOU ON IT?! You have gained first experience in the personnel sector and want to take real responsibility now? In this versatile role as a Program Owner for our ASPIRE training programs, you actively shape Arvato's talent development locally and internationally, conceptually based and strategically anchored. Become part of our global Center of Excellence for Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement at the Gütersloh site and shape the future of our junior staff.

DISCLOSURE End-to-end responsibility for our ASPIRE training program: from recruiting to contract creation to support and support for trainees over 18 months of program duration - you organize, accompany and develop the participants: within our various tracks (logistics management, IT, key account management, etc.) in the trainee program with full use. You plan deployment stations, organize training programs, moderate events and take over the HR mentoring for the trainees. In close coordination with our International Assignments team, you also coordinate stays abroad in Europe and the USA. Conception & further development: You actively promote the further development of our global trainee programs and support country organisations as savings partners in the design of local programs. You will strengthen the ASPIRE brand within the global organization and promote a growing alumni & community network. Stakeholder management: You are in continuous exchange with the mentors:insides from our disciplines, you not only accompany the development of the mentors:in their role, but also ask and advise the areas in terms of content to ensure that our talents are optimally supervised and supported. Global Responsibility & CoE Work: You take responsibility for global HR projects in the fields of talent acquisition and employee engagement, such as coordination of our fitness diagnostic tools, as part of our international employee survey or other engagement projects. You can understand yourself as a solution provider:in and drivers:in innovative HR initiatives - globally coordinated, locally effective.

DEIN PROFIL Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in (economic)psychology, (economic) pedagogy, or BWL with a focus on human resources, sociology or comparable courses Multiannual relevant professional experience in operational personnel management or in HR support First experience in personnel development and project management, ideally in the international corporate environment Impressive analytical and conceptual skills and a quick understanding Hands-on mentality with innovative ideas and a result-oriented and self-responsive way of working Strong interest in topics such as training, coaching, continuous learning, community building and entrepreneurial sustainable solutions Convincing and sovereign appearance, as well as very good presentation and communication skills in German and English
