Your tasks: Designing an unforgettable guest experience Preparation and presentation of food Own work in your own post/work area (cold kitchen, supplements, fish/meat) Continuous quality assurance of your own item To complete necessary preparations (Mise en place) for lunch and/or Evening service Commodity intake - Check delivery quantities / quality / HACCP guidelines / temperatures / weights Support of the chef in the daily orders for their own items and regular inventory execution
