IT Operations Manager (m/w/d)

You take the operating IT control and drive for a stable and efficient IT operation You support the IT leadership in day-to-day business, represent it as needed and coordinate the tasks within the IT teams You plan, coordinate and accompany IT projects and digitization and automation projects from idea to implementation You tax external service providers and partners, coordinate cooperation with specialist departments and ensure the achievement of common goals You monitor operating processes and service quality, support escalation and set the right priorities in IT topics You work in an operational manner, support complex service-desk requests, and engage in infrastructure, network, security and SAP-related projects with
