Supporting this role Use different business areas by using your sound SAP expertise and deep understanding of business processes to analyze, optimize and support end-to-end processes. As a central point of contact for SAP topics, you are involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to increase process efficiency and improve company performance sustainably.

The working time model for this position is: Hybrid

You are mainly responsible for:

Creation, evaluation, tracking and testing of SAP requirements and change requests First contact person for SAP key users as well as training and knowledge transfer as required Daily SAP support for employees throughout the company, including ticket processing, error analysis and solution finding Cooperation in SAP projects and support in the smooth implementation of system changes and new functions Analysis and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the SAP key users and departments Configuration, installation and support of hardware components such as label printers and barcode scanners

Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, business management, computer science or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in this field Experience in production planning, preparation, production or a comparable industrial environment Basic to advanced knowledge in SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM and GRC Experience in SAP support, user management and role management Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed team and communication skills Very good German and good English skills
