Control of the Testing and Quality Assurance subproject in terms of time, budget and quality Building and controlling a central test management including test strategy, test phases and defect management Coordinate all technical testing activities with development, infrastructure and interfaces Ensuring stable test environments as well as the technical test capability (systems, data, performance) Evaluate and track test results, risks and defects and derive measures Preparing the technical go-live maturity including reporting, decision documents and quality assurance
