At 15 locations in Europe, Asia and USA, we produce the 6 modules that move our cars: axles, engines, gearboxes, batteries, electric drivetrains and components. And we are part of this relationship. As a quality management powertrain, we ensure that our customers experience Mercedes-Benz Powertrain products in top quality. In cooperation with numerous partners within and outside our center, you will get the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas. Our team ''QM-System Powertrain and Digitization'' is responsible for audit management, the standardization of processes and methods at the power train locations Stuttgart, Berlin and Hamburg, as well as ensuring the further development of the quality management system and quality capability compared to third parties (certification) of the above locations. In the field of quality management and in particular QM system, do you first think about compliance with normative, legal and regulatory requirements? This is certainly correct. However, if you also think that this is a dry theme with the focus of the stupid rolling of standards, we can tell you that it is not. Our team is involved in various exciting topics related to quality. Be it in the design of the QM system of our Mercedes-Benz Powertrain locations Untertürkheim, Berlin and Hamburg, the releases of processes for new products and the digitization of our quality-relevant data. We do not join in the silent Kämmerlein but work closely with almost all areas and employees in other powertrain plants. Help us further optimize and make the QM system more digital! Study programme in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical BWL or economic engineering with deepening towards digitalization Knowledge of quality management and process management are advantageous Good German and English skills Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge in data processing and visualization (e.g. Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Micrsoft PowerBI) and modelling with BPMN First experience in handling low-code apps for creating applications/automating processes (e.g. Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft PowerAutomate) database and data engineering knowledge desirable Good communication skills Teamability and effective action in an interdisciplinary environment Self-employment Own initiative and enforcement Moderation knowledge, analytical and conceptual thinking readiness and ability to develop new approaches and digitization in the QM system Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
