Your role

Coordinate appointments and prepare meetings

Create logs and simple letter after submission

Support travel requests and bills (depending on area)

Support in creating and maintaining lists, tables and overviews

Support for Office Material Orders

Contact for colleagues and external visitors (receiver)

Support for internal communication tasks (relays, round emails after submission)

Continuous schooling or vocational training in the commercial sector (e.g. economic school, merchant/wife for office management)

Basic knowledge of office organization as well as safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Careful, reliable and structured way of working, high readiness

Friendly, service-oriented appearance and strong team skills

Good oral and written knowledge of German and discreet handling of information
