The Evangelical Association Augusta Ruhr gGmbH is one of the major diaconic corporate associations in the Ruhr metropolitan region and combines professional health and social services with a clear evangelical value orientation. The association originated from the traditional companies Diakonie Ruhr, Diakoniewerk Gelsenkirchen and Wattenscheid, Evangelische Hospitalgemeinschaft Herne/Castrop-Rauxel and Evangelische Stiftung Augusta. Together, around 12,000 employees are committed to the welfare of the people in the region. For this client, conQuaesso is looking for a Theological direction (w/m/d) The position of the Theological Management is newly created and assigned to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. She acts as a strategic theological partner for the Supervisory Board and Corporate Management. The position plays a central role in the further development of the diaconic identity and theological and ethical reflection within the entire group. It is intended to occupy an ephoral-possible connected parish of the Evangelical Churches Bochum, Herne and Gelsenkirchen and Wattenscheid for a limited period of six years.

With your theological expertise, you actively shape the diaconic corporate culture and create sustainable impulses for spiritual life, spiritual offers and ethical reflection spaces within the Group As a strategically thinking personality, you accompany the long-term theological and ecclesiastical profiling of the company network in close cooperation with the supervisory board, corporate management and executives You develop innovative profile-forming offers for the company network in close coordination with the respective executives as well as the other theologists in the individual parts of the company and thus contribute significantly to the sustainable strengthening of the diaconic identity of the entire group. Your strong communication skills enable you to build and maintain sustainable sustainable networks with church circles, parishes and other church-diaconical stakeholders. As a constructive-critical reflection instance, you bring theological-ethical questions into interdisciplinary contexts and represent the Protestant values convincingly inward and outward
