We are looking for you as: (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik | Elektrotechnik Ingenieur / Techniker / Meister (m/w/d)

You are responsible for electrotechnical planning, implementation and monitoring in production.

You will lead and develop the electrical engineering team.

In addition, ensure compliance with regulations, standards and internal standards as field VEFK, especially in explosion protection.

You coordinate and manage projects to modernise the electrical infrastructure.

You are also responsible for monitoring the maintenance processes for process optimization and minimizing downtime.

Budget planning and control for the field of electrical engineering are also in your area of responsibility.

In addition, you work closely with other departments and ensure smooth operation.

You have completed a study of electrical engineering or have undergone training as masters, technicians or engineers and can demonstrate relevant professional experience in a production environment.

You have well-founded knowledge of explosion protection, in particular with regard to ATEX guidelines and relevant standards.

Furthermore, you already have experience in project management, leadership of technical teams and employee development.

Knowledge of PLC programming, automation technology and modern management methods (e.g. Lean Management, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
