In your role as an expert sustainability management, you will take care of the conceptual development and further development as well as the operational implementation of our sustainability strategy within the entire group of companies. Your tasks include planning, designing and implementing sustainability projects (e.g. circular economy) as well as the introduction and optimization of sustainability processes. In addition, you are responsible for implementing the regulatory requirements arising from, among others, CSRD, Supply Chain Care Code (LkSG) and CSDDD. With all the sustainability topics and related projects, you work closely with our European subsidiaries and our Japanese parent company. You also support sales in tendering for sustainability-related requests. In addition, you help build a 'ESG community'. Of course, you will first get to know our products and internal processes. Ideally, you will bring a university degree in the field of sustainability management, environmental management, environmental law or business management, and have more than several years of practical experience in sustainability, environmental or project management. You convince us by your organizational talent and your independent, structured and solution-oriented way of work and action. Your willingness to use and your ability to enforce are also required. It is fun to prove your communication skills and your intercultural interest in contact with our national/international partners. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language. Cooperation in virtual teams is nothing new for you. We also wish you the willingness to continue training in the field of sustainability management and the pleasure of working both conceptually and operationally. You are always engaged, even if there are sometimes challenges to overcome. But no matter how it is, you are aware of your responsibility for your own behavior and action and remain true to you. In addition, you never lose sight of your goals, focus on the desired results. To successfully implement your tasks, you will understand how to use activities, time and resources. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. You speak English and German and can perform the tasks in both languages.
