Stations during the 2-year training period: Training workshop: learning theoretical and practical basics, such as the independent machine guidance Production: Working in the manufacturing team for real customer orders on printing further processing machines (processing, inkjet printing, lasers, donations, punching, lamination, longitudinal and transverse cutting) Quality management: process control and product exit testing Booklet production: paper processing

After training: As Machine and Plant Manager (m/w/d), you serve at Schreiner Group production facilities and are responsible for a smooth production process. This includes setting up and guiding state-of-the-art press processing machines, combined with assembly and quality control.
