Technician/Engineer for Certification, Approval and Explosion Protection Focus on Electronics (m/f/d)

In this function, you are responsible for the certification and approval of our electronic products with regard to explosion protection at national and international testing sites. You accompany the application and project execution of new registrations and revisions This includes, inter alia, the self-sponsored elaboration of the registration documentation with the aim of ensuring efficient authorisation In doing so, you act as an important interface between the product-professional, our technical documentation department and the relevant certification bodies You evaluate our products on standards compliance and guidelines and advise on the implementation of explosion protection requirements in the development phase You perform security considerations and document solutions for potential sources of error in the form of fixed rules in our design tool, in particular with regard to thermal and insulation coordination You evaluate change measures and provide specifications for the implementation of quality assurance measures You are contact persons for internal and external customers on issues of explosion protection

You have either a successfully completed study or a further training for technicians in electrical engineering You have already gained good expertise in the field of electronic explosion protection (ATEX, IECEx, EAC, international) through several years of professional experience in a similar position You are able to work successfully with different interfaces.
