Your tasks Building on the basis of our success: You actively shape quality and process management and develop it together with experts: Controlled Certification: You accompany the implementation and further development of management systems such as EnMS (ISO 50001) and ensure compliance with our data centers according to DIN EN 50600 and other standards Ready for the audit: You support the planning, implementation and follow-up of certification and monitoring audits – and are in close cooperation with the competent authorities Processes that create added value: You bring your know-how into process development around our data centers – from planning to handover Transparency through tools: You capture, visualize and optimize our work and business processes – using modern process imaging tools You actively shape the continuous improvement process and help build a process-oriented organization Your profile A technical training is your foundation – ideally a completed study in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject First experience in quality or process management – you have already gained experience, preferably in a technically shaped or IT-close environment When dealing with MS Office you are safe - process modeling tools like Signavio or SmartProcess are familiar to you A quick understanding as well as a pronounced technical understanding characterize you You bring the strength of communication – whether in the team or towards stakeholders at different hierarchical levels Your work is structured, analytical and responsible Readiness to travel within Germany and neighbouring countries and good English skills complete your profile Flexibility: Working at the Essen site or remote – with occasional travel readiness Your benefits We not only optimize the data centers themselves, but integrate it into the energy system of the municipality in the Smart City.
