YOUR ACTIVITY: Implementation of on-site IT support for users at the Dresden site Installation, configuration, maintenance and updates of IT systems, software and IT infrastructure Server space activities (e.g. network work, hardware work, cabling, basic controls) Analysis and troubleshooting (1st and 2nd levels) Proactive monitoring of systems and services to avoid failure Compliance and Implementation of IT and IT Security Policy Identification of weaknesses and implementation of appropriate security patches Creation, maintenance and provision of technical documentation Descriptive documentation of systems, changes and processes Planning, control and implementation of IT projects and rollouts Support of existing ROSEN sites in Germany

A completed training as a specialist system integration or a comparable training Vocational experience with corresponding activity Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation A high level of commitment, reliability and interest in complex systems as well as a self-responsible work organisation and the ability to assess the risk of your own actions Own initiative for continuous training and willingness to integrate into new technologies Embossed customer orientation and ability to convey technical facts in a comprehensible and service-oriented manner Safe mastery of the German and English language in word and writing Ready for 4-5 days on site in office
