Your responsibility lies in ensuring and continuously improving occupational safety, health protection and compliance with all legal, normative and internal requirements. This includes, in particular, the following areas of activity: Maintenance of documentation in the field of work, accident and incident studies Implementation of inspections, job visits and participation in accident and cause analyses Creation and maintenance of documents and the adoption of reporting in occupational and health protection Control and development of processes in health and safety Advising executives and employees in safety-related issues Cooperation with authorities, professional associations and external audit bodies Notification of safety-critical deviations and introduction and monitoring of risk mitigation measures Preparation, implementation and monitoring of audits as well as use as internal auditor SGU Maintenance and administration of the digital SGU management system Auditor+ for tracking accidents, QA deviations and training Collection, evaluation and presentation of key figures (KPI) and preparation of reports for management and quality assurance Participation in the construction and further development of an occupational safety management system according to ISO 45001

Graduated training in the technical or scientific field, a further education on the specialist for occupational safety (m/w/d) or a completed study in a comparable field Professional experience in the field of occupational health and safety and auditing procedures Knowledge in ISO 45001, DGUV regulations, occupational safety and relevant standards Experience with digital SGU management systems and ideally with Auditor+ Structured, independent and responsible operation German knowledge and safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external contacts
