Responsibility for the technical management and control of the S/4HANA transformation project “BEAT” Ensuring that the technological aspects of the project contribute to the strategic objectives of ALDI Nord Leadership and motivation of a technical project team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the project objectives Close cooperation with stakeholders from different disciplines to understand their requirements and implement them in technical solutions Development and monitoring of project plans, milestones and KPIs to ensure project progress Ensuring compliance with project budgets, schedules and quality standards

Detectional experience in the (technical) management of full-cycle S/4HANA transformations, in particular in the introduction of the common logistics modules in the Kern-ERP, as well as EWM and TM. Experience in the RMM industry solution and other trade-specific IT systems (e.g. RELEX) of advantage Knowledge of common methods in the introduction of S/4HANA (e.g. SAP Activate) Experience in the planning and development of international roll-outs Knowledge about the common SAP architecture models Comprehensive experience with integration concepts (in particular to non-SAP solutions) and data migration approaches Experience in the (technical) control of international implementation service providers (consultation background of advantage) Organisational capacity and problem-solving competence Representative team and communication skills (German and English are required) High degree of initiative
