As a Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d), you will become part of our team and actively shape the applicants: in-house – with a focus on personal conversations, moderation, communication and convincing job advertisements. You make sure that talents not only come to us, but feel right off from the start.

You conduct and moderate job interviews on site and are a central contact person for our candidate: in personal exchange. As an employer brand, you convey pco authentically and for a positive, professional experience along the entire Candidate Journey. With your sense of human beings, you can see what applicants are looking for and explaining roles, teams and activities in a comprehensible and realistic way. You support the screening of applications and accompany candidate: from initial contact to decision. The requirements of the departments are translated into appealing, clear and target-group-oriented job advertisements that really reach and inspire talents. Together with the team, you continuously develop our Candidate Experience.

Communication is your strength – you go open to people, listen actively and create trust. You have a good feeling for personalities, motives and passion. Texts lie to you: You can formulate complex requirements in a comprehensible way and have the pleasure of putting job profiles to the point. Ideally, you bring first experience in recruiting, HR, sales or a comparable role. Structured mode of operation and reliability are the same as empathy and fingertip feeling.
