The area of responsibility shall include in particular:
- Support for management in labour law issues and in case of further legal issues
- Advising our members on a variety of legal issues (focus: labour law)
- The independent representation of our members before the labour courts
- The creation of FAQs and legal leaflets for our members
We would like that from you:
- a legal degree, at least Bachelor of Laws, Master or 1st State Exam (Dipl. Jurist )
- Comprehensive knowledge of labour and contract law
- A responsible, structured and productive way of working
- The ability to understand complicated legal matters for our members
- Mobility (reception of court appointments at all labour courts in Westphalia)
