These include, in particular, the production and clearing of areas, road construction, media development and the definition of binding development objectives, milestones and implementation priorities Coordination of external planning, construction and development partners as well as preparation of municipal decision bases for the Supervisory Board, administration and political bodies Conveyor acquisitions Active representation of the interests of the Lausitz Science Park and contact care to contact persons from public administration, politics, associations and project partners of the company Confidential cooperation with the shareholders, the Supervisory Board and other political and regional networks and stakeholders In this responsible position, you will report directly to the Supervisory Board of Lausitz Science Park.

Academic training with diploma or master, preferably in economics, urban and regional planning, civil engineering, architecture, infrastructure management, real estate/project development or a comparable discipline. Alternatively a commercial training with relevant additional qualification and detectable experience in complex site, development or infrastructure projects Embossed strategic conceptual skills, a sovereign appearance, personal resilience and a high communication capability Experience in leadership and development and management of projects, preferably in the field of economic promotion Detectable experience in controlling large-scale development, construction, infrastructure or development projects, including time, cost and quality control, as well as interface management between municipalities, specialist planners, leading companies, suppliers and approval authorities Experience in the procurement and settlement of funding Knowledge of cooperation with public supervisory bodies, municipal decision-makers and knowledge of municipal decision-making processes in political and scientific networks Understanding municipal planning, procurement, approval and funding processes and the ability to derive concrete implementation programmes with milestones from strategic objectives
