With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. In the Financial Performance & Group Reporting segment, we are responsible for the internal and external reporting of Mercedes‐Benz Group AG. Our FA/PR department coordinates and prepares the annual Annual Report and the interim reports of the Group. During your internship, you will get comprehensive insights into the entire production process of the Mercedes‐Benz Group Annual Report – from planning and coordination with various departments to final publication. In addition, you will get insights into international accounting and the implementation of new accounting standards. This allows you to learn how regulatory requirements are integrated into group processes and what role You play in reporting. These challenges include: Participation in the preparation of the Annual Report. The focus is on process tasks. These include, for example, the timely procurement of text contributions, documentation and evidence or the supervision/coordination of translation work

Support in the creation of the Group Attachment and parts of the Management Report in the Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements with the help of the Disclosure Management Tools Workiva

Working with the creation of committee presentations

Preparation and preparation of the IFRS Annex Checklist

Participation in the coordination of audit reports

Support in Group Accounting: Working with the Identification, Communication and Implementation of Innovations according to IFRS, Assessment of Balance Sheet Issues and Care of Group-wide Accounting Manual

Participation in various projects such as ESEF reporting, benchmark analyses

The activity can begin from mid-September 2026.

You are studying in the field of business, economics, economics, economic engineering, economic law, economic informatics or a comparable course of study

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are of course for you

You are safe in handling MS Office - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You have fun in numbers, think analytic and structured and like to work in the team

Flexibility – also in challenging situations – as well as curiosity, initiative and readiness to learn
