You are the central contact person for the Customer Care department, identifying requirements, covering optimization potentials and developing solutions with measurable added value. You analyze KPIs and service data, execute measures and control data-based optimizations. You always keep the balance between standardization and individual requirements in mind. You use tools and systems that define workflows and support the configuration for optimal user experience. You work closely with customer service specialist departments, IT, product teams and external partners and ensure a consistent implementation of the processes. You create understandable documentation and support the subject area in questions, training and support topics.

You have a degree in business management, business informatics or comparable qualifications. You have experience in dealing with CRM or service systems, optimally with Freshdesk and Microsoft Dynamics or comparable solutions.
