Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, steering and compliance of all process and documentation requirements according to ISO 9001. You take over coordination, planning and implementation of internal audits, certifications and LCM reviews as well as reporting to the management. You act as the top escalation point for problems in process interfaces and initiates cause analyses in case of deviations. The leadership and moderation of quality circles/groups as well as the support of the top management in management assessments are your responsibility. You train employees to Q methods like 8D, Six Sigma/Lean, Ishikawa, KVP/Kaizen). You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the process and advises managers on quality management.

You have a successfully completed technical or economic study with the focus on quality or comparable. You could already gain first leadership experience in quality management or adjacent areas. Extensive knowledge in process and quality techniques and tools as well as SAP S4/HANA knowledge in the quality module belong to your strengths. An independent, structured and organized way of working is obvious to you. You are characterized by team spirit, a safe occurrence and enforcement ability. A strong communication skills as well as excellent knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
