Administrator Contract Management and Scheduling for Dredged Material

The position to be occupied is located in our specialist area, which deals with excavation treatment and disposal. Our team forms the first point of contact or Service unit for all requests concerning the treatment and disposal of excavated goods. We carry out the offer and contract design and the billing. In addition, we control the quantity disposition for input, output and internal quantity flows and maintain the software used for this purpose. Strategic foundations for the business model are developed here based on customer and market analyses.

You take over the higher-level quantity disposition of the excavator material, calculate different scenarios and tune with compartments. You are in the order management contact*in for all external enquiries concerning the treatment and disposal. Your duties include the negotiations with customers, the design of offers and contracts and the sustainable maintenance of contacts. In addition, you are responsible for building and further developing a legally secure contract for the acceptance of excavated material. You are the contact person for our controlling software and the modules relevant to our team and participate in the further development. Finally, we look forward to your participation in the strategic development of the customer & Markt unit.

You have a completed study (Bachelor) in a technical or business field. Alternatively, you can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills with corresponding professional experience.

Your knowledge of contract law and procurement law as well as in waste and environmental law are introduced daily.

In addition, you bring good business understanding and cost awareness.

You are happy to work in new software and will be happy to work with user functions and their possible further development.

You are able to penetrate complex problems through your analytical thinking ability and address them in a solution-oriented manner.

Your good communication skills at all levels of the company and your good negotiation skills are yours.

Not only in German, you can communicate safely, also in English you are so confident in everyday work.
