Strengthen customer relationships: You are the central contact person for our international customers and provide professional, service-oriented care. Create offers: You calculate and create offers carefully and accompany customer requests until successful order assignment. Coordinate orders: you take over the complete order processing and ensure smooth running along the entire process. Keep an eye on appointments: You reliably track agreed appointments and ensure transparent communication with customers and internal contact persons. Edit complaints: You accept customer concerns, coordinate the solution finding and contribute to a high customer satisfaction. Ensure data quality: You conscientiously maintain master data and ensure the topicality and quality of relevant information. Support payment processes: You accompany the dunning and contribute to efficient receivable processing. International payment processing: You process accreditation and ensure the correct and timely settlement of international payment and delivery conditions. Create documents: You create country-specific documents and ensure the correct and timely execution of international transactions.

Training: You have a successfully completed commercial training. Professional experience: You have already gained experience in sales. IT competence: You are familiar with the popular PC applications like MS Office and can use them safely. Communication capacity: You have good communicative skills and have the pleasure of joining teams. Language knowledge: Good English skills in word and writing are of course for you to communicate professionally in an international environment.
