What we plan together: We in the field of personnel development are responsible, among other things, for the sustainability pillar employees. In your internship, you will support the project work in the area and in the strategic field of action diversity and equal opportunities. You become part of a motivated and dynamic team and get the opportunity to introduce your ideas. In addition, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the personnel development of a leading trading and tourism group.

What you do with us: You take responsibility: You work independently on the various topics relating to personnel development and actively support employees in projects of the Sustainability Column. You’ll get involved: you’ll create communication concepts on diversity and equal opportunities, create creative documents and play internal communication channels. You are in the middle of it: You prepare meetings before and after, create documents and assist in organizing and conducting workshops. You are present: You communicate and present your results in internal meetings and actively participate in the implementation of new formats. You’ve got everything in mind: You’re researching current trends and contributing to the creation of analyses and project documentation.

You work in a structured and self-responsible manner and keep an overview in complex work situations. You bring interest and, at best, experience in project work. You have first practical experience in the business environment. You are at the end of your Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economics, Psychology or comparable degree programs. Your very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications and availability of at least 6 months complete your profile.
