Administrative Property Management supports commercial property management and facility management in managing HPA real estate. The focus is on system responsibility for SAP RE FX as well as ensuring efficient commercial processes and close coordination between the departments.

Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You enter and optimise the real estate IT systems (especially SAP RE FX), analyze processes and develop applications as well as system processes. Rent object and contract data are subject to, check and plausibility, and transfer legal, commercial and technical content into systemic parameters. You map complex rental agreements systemically, monitor action dates, prepare rental interest adjustments before and analysing voids and contract terms. You carry out budget controls and are responsible for regular reporting on vacancies, operating and incidental costs and rental interest developments. You set up operating and auxiliary cost accounting and are responsible for the timely creation, formal correctness, duty of proof and transfer ability. You're checking the contradictions. You support projects in contract and system management, control internal and external stakeholders and develop new solutions, services and applications. You work closely with the property, portfolio and asset management as well as other specialist areas and discuss technical issues in ongoing operation.

You have a degree in real estate management, business management or a comparable qualification with corresponding training and professional experience. Multiannual practical experience in real estate or contract management brings you, ideally in dealing with real estate IT systems. You have very good knowledge of SAP RE FX and a high SAP affinity as well as secure MS Office user knowledge, especially in Excel. A pronounced analytical thinking capacity and a good understanding of economic relationships characterize you. You work independently, structured and conscientiously and take responsibility for complex technical and commercial topics. You convince by clear communication, a safe handling of different stakeholders and a pronounced service orientation.
