• As a dedicated position-adjusting head of the Care Department, you control the professional, organizational and personnel management of the various living areas.

• With your organizational skills, you take over the creation and control of the service plans and support them in the daily business.

• From the point of view of the professional development of your employees, you help in planning these based on the respective qualifications and personal suitability

• They support the sustainable care quality and the documentation according to MDK-QPR in close cooperation with the PDL, residents, relatives, care team as well as overarching specialist areas.

• You are available to your employees and residents as a representative to meet individual needs

• They take care of the individual basic and treatment care of the residents in the daily routine with heart and mind, identify the needs and align the activating daily design

Your profile as Deputy Care Service (m/w/d)

• You have completed a vocational training course in the fields of nursing, health care and nursing or health care and care for children
• In addition, you have a completed study in the field of nursing care or the recognition of the nursing care management according to §71 SGB XI
• You have extensive knowledge of quality management
• With your communication skills and social skills, you not only convince us, but also the employees of your skills
