Preparation and implementation of manual and partially automated coating processes according to technical standards in the context of customer sampling and development projects Planning, construction and implementation of test series Implementation and documentation of quality tests, layer thickness measurements and surface checks Close cooperation with customers to develop individual and high-quality coating solutions Maintenance, adaptation and further development of safety and quality standards including test equipment and monitoring of upstream and downstream processes for early detection of deviations and the initiation of appropriate measures

Master or technician (m/w/d) or completed studies in electrochemistry or electroplating Professional experience in the field of cathodic corrosion protection Knowledge of modern zinc and zinc alloy processes and affinity for zinc plate systems and combinations Safe handling of various application methods such as electroplating, passivation, spray coating and dip coating as well as experience in the application of functional galvanic coatings and organic coating systems, also in very thin layer thicknesses knowledge of pre-treatment processes, drying processes and measurement and testing methods and relevant standards of surface and coating technology Knowledge in the area of occupational safety organisation and test equipment management Embossed quality awareness and holistic process understanding Solution-oriented, proactive and reliable operation combined with team capability High flexibility and ability to quickly adjust to new requirements Quick understanding and the ability to identify complex technical relationships and to derive independent measures
