The Henry Kruse GmbH & Co. KG as a company of igefa SE & Co. KG is looking for an employee in the sales service (m/w/d) at the Neumünster site at the earliest possible time. You take over customer support and consulting as well as order acceptance on the phone You are also responsible for providing and tracking Retouring and complaint processing handling and administrative tasks, such as order processing, customer master care, accounting etc. First Level eBusiness Support: You are the first contact person to ask our customers about our digital ordering systems You work closely with your team partners in the field service to develop customer relationships in the long term

You ideally have a completed commercial training - cross-comers are also welcome You are characterized by a high customer and solution orientation and communication capability In addition, you are a real team player and work structured You bring basic knowledge of PC work with (MS Office programs such as Outlook, Teams and Excel + Goods Management System) Good German knowledge of Word & Writing
