At GrowInTheRole, we develop a digital learning space for executives, in which they simulate challenging collaboration talks with an avatar in a protected framework, receive differentiated feedback and develop their own communication and leadership skills through accurate learning impulses. We combine psychological and didactic know-how with modern AI technology to create an interactive, practical and place-independent learning experience. We are in the preparation phase for market entry and therefore work dynamically and flexibly. Depending on the time of your internship, different tasks can be in focus. The following areas show you where to bring: Market analysis You are researching existing digital learning solutions, analysing pricing models, target audience responses and positioning – and it makes strategic recommendations for our product positioning and pricing models. Marketing You support the creation of content for our website, presentations and LinkedIn – and create texts and contributions that clearly convey our product and mission. Networking You help to expand our partner and pilot customer network – e.g. by identifying potential contacts, support in addressing and in appointment preparation and documentation. Financing You are researching relevant funding programs and funding opportunities and are working on creating pitch decks for investors:inside and applying for funding points. Pilot phase You support the organization and coordination of tests with pilot customers. For example, you can start surveys on user experience and systematically evaluate the feedback. Product development Depending on the interest and experience, you can participate in the further development of our AI-based role-playing or content for our learning platform (e.g. by creating scripts for learning videos).

On site or hybrid Work in our office in Greven (near Münster) or Munich – occasional home office is possible by appointment. In regular sprints, we meet as a whole team personally in presence in order to keep together creative and strategic and to celebrate success. 4-day week with focus We work intensively from Monday to Thursday – for more concentration, efficiency and a long weekend with space for relaxation.

You study business, economics, or a related degree course and have the 4th. semester of your Bachelor's degree programme has already been filed. You want to work into an innovative topic and work in a dynamic start-up environment with speed, design space and changing tasks. You are interested in generative AI, and you can inspire our mission to develop people in their leadership. You have the pleasure of analytical work and can make complex information clear. You work proactively and responsibly and also complete complex, content-oriented tasks with high quality standards.
