Development, implementation and documentation of challenging, risk-oriented audits and strategies based on regulatory and bank-based requirements, especially in the areas of banking control and credit business Competent preparation of audit reports and presentation of results Monitoring the timely elimination of identified deficiencies and assessment of the sustainable implementation of measures Examination and assessment of the functioning, effectiveness, efficiency and appropriateness of the internal control system Implementation of project-accompanying exams and cooperation in revision-specific special tasks Advising the areas in building and optimizing business processes and control structures Participation in the continuous development of audit processes, methods and quality in the Bank's audit team

You have a completed bank-specific training or studies in the field of economics, law or economic law or a comparable qualification (e.g. You have well-founded expertise and professional experience in the auditing activities of a bank or a comparable area You know the legal, supervisory and operational regulations and requirements regarding the tasks to be carried out in the field You have good contact and communication skills in connection with a result-oriented discussion You possess persuasion and enforcement, diplomacy, empathy and negotiation skills You have analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving capabilities as well as a very good self-motivation and self-employment
