Senior Manager Global Performance Management (m/f/d)

In this role you work at the interface between finance, business and transformation – with high visibility and real influence on company-wide decisions. The following tasks are waiting for you: Design the global performance management: You continue to develop our global performance management framework – including KPI structures, reporting standards and governance models that create global orientation Make better choices: You make sure that management and leadership teams have a clear view of performance, opportunities and risks at any time – and that You will guide relevant action options Set standards: You define the quality scale for management reporting and establish mechanisms for data quality, transparency and reliability along our end-to-end control processes Creating global standards: You work closely with international markets, global functions and finance teams and ensure that global standards work locally Drive transformation forward: You control key developments in our reporting landscape and ensure that processes remain scalable, efficient and sustainable

Complete BWL degree with focus on finance, controlling or corporate management or comparable training Multiannual relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, Performance Management in an international environment Strong understanding of corporate governance and relevant KPIs around P&L, cash flow, profitability and the ability to translate complex issues into clear driver messages & decision options (“Financial Storytelling”) Experience in Process-Owner-Rollen incl. Transformation and Standardization Initiatives Very safe handling of SAP S/4 HANA and understanding FI-CO logic as well as reporting toolchain, experience in modern BI/Analytics environments (e.g. SAC, Datasphere or comparable) and ability to formulate requirements and control implementation via BI/IT Very good communication skills in German and English
