• Planning and organization of daily business.
• leadership and motivation of the team at the meat, sausage and cheese counter.
• stock control, orders and goods presentation at the operating counter.
• Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales.
• Creation of schedules and incorporation of new employees / trainees.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations.

• Training as a meat retailer, cook, system gastronomic, or restaurant specialist, all (w/m/d). Ideally professional experience in a leading position.
