This place is limited to 14 months.

• As a (Senior) Digital Account Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the strategic support and lateral guidance of our digital "in-house agency" (e-commerce content & design) and efficiently tax their resources.
• The aim is to create high-quality landing pages, webshop content and digital campaigns to strengthen our brand on the online POS.
• You develop and implement digital communication and marketing strategies with the team that effectively support our corporate and customer goals.
• Existing and new process structures as well as systems are validated and optimized by you, always keeping the agency costs in mind.
• With your strong coordination institution, you can control internal teams (design, development, marketing) as well as external service providers and lead projects to success.
• You create and monitor budgets, timings and resource plans for digital campaigns and proactively identify potentials for increasing efficiency and sales.
• Through performance tracking and KPI analyses, you evaluate the campaign performance and process speed and derive targeted optimization measures.

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• The ideal prerequisite is your studies in business, online marketing, communication or a comparable area.
• Bringing at least 5 - 7 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the (Agentur) Account Management - ideally focusing on digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Your knowledge of online marketing includes onsite, SEO, SEA, social media, content and performance marketing.
• Ideally, you have well-founded project experience and are versed in dealing with project management tools such as Trello, Asana or Jira.
• With strong conceptual and analytical skills, you can add your routined handling of reporting and analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Contentsquare.
• You have excellent customer and stakeholder management skills and convince with your presentation and negotiation strength at leadership level.
• One of your strengths is the coordination of complex projects with multiple stakeholders, which you are leading to success.
• Your proactive, solution-oriented way of working, your team skills, communication strength, and knowledge of English that is safe to negotiate complete your profile perfectly.
