Then you are just right with us: In the department of property cost controlling and portfolio management, you will design company-wide binding structures for medical and nursing needs. In the Purchasing Division of Vivantes Service GmbH, you actively shape the economic and qualitative development of our medical and nursing property cost portfolio. In close coordination with medicine, care and strategic purchasing, you reduce complexity, bundle needs and create transparent, sustainable standards. In doing so, you have a significant impact on raising synergies in the group and developing health care in Berlin efficiently and in an innovation-oriented manner.

Systematic collection, evaluation and cleaning of the material cost portfolio in the medical and nursing environment Development and coordination of binding assortment standards as well as establishing clear specifications and quality requirements Preparation of consolidated requirements for tenders and handover to strategic purchasing Control of the testing and release process of new products and integration of product-related innovations Monitoring of standard compliance, metric analysis and introduction of optimization measures in the sense of a life cycle management

Completed university degree in health management, in business administration or comparable, alternatively medical or nursing qualification with additional economic qualification Experience in portfolio management, strategic purchasing or assortment management Practical experience in cooperation with medicine and care and the ability to translate technical requirements into economic standards Very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office products Embossed moderation and communication strength Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
