You represent the interests of the county vis-à-vis external architectural and engineering offices and take over the project management for the projects that have been awarded. The responsibility for the construction of land-based buildings is in your hands and ensures their long-term usability. Planning, tendering and awarding construction services are part of your field of activity as well as on-site construction monitoring. For budget applications, you will develop realistic and sound cost budgets in your own responsibility. The close cooperation with different interfaces ensures a timely and budget-compliant implementation of the construction projects. Own responsibility you plan small and medium construction and renovation measures.

You have completed their studies in architecture, civil engineering or training as a state-tested technician in the field of construction technology with the focus on construction or engineering. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the performance phases 5 to 8 as well as knowledge in the areas of project management, time planning and cost control. You are convinced by the routined handling of the current planning program (AVA program) and the VOB. Self-employment, earnings orientation and a structured working method allow you to successfully complete the project. Your safe and friendly appearance combined with enforcement capability ensures a smooth running with those involved in the construction process. Mobility for the perception of external appointments as well as for the viewing of construction sites will take you along.
