In this temporary position as part of a parental-time representation, you take central tasks in the field of personal marketing and HR communication – in a friendly team, with your own responsibility and creative freedom.

Projects and campaigns are responsible for: You control various projects and campaigns independently – from the Azubi campaign “With Heart for the Head” to university marketing Content with effect: You identify topics for group-wide employer attractiveness, first target group-specific content and communicate this cross-media (from text contributions to reels to campaign materials) Employer Branding actively shape: You participate in the development of our employer brand and implement new employer branding formats Implementation of internal events: You plan and realize internal events that connect our employees Interface to the inside and outside: You work closely with colleagues from different departments and tax external agencies and service providers

Studies or comparable qualifications in the field of communication, marketing, media or similar Professional experience in Employer Branding, Personal Marketing or HR Communication, ideally in Health and Social Good feeling for storytelling and crossmediale communication: You know how to reach and inspire audiences Self-responsibility: You keep track of several parallel projects, drive things actively and act as a team player Knowledge of campaign mechanics, targeting, KPI monitoring and advertising regulations in different channels are advantageous

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary between approx. €53,000 and €61,600 based on the TVöD pay group 10.
