In autumn, CEWE is running the production for the Christmas business at high speed – around 400 seasonal workers support us from September to December. Do you want to actively shape the recruiting and staffing of our seasonal employees as part of your mandatory internship? Then we look forward to your support in the team! Your tasks Applicant Management: Daily processing of the received applications, active preselection and discussion planning of our seasonal staff

Contract creation: creation of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents

Onboarding: You plan and accompany our Welcome Days for seasonal employees

Process management: Continuous process improvement and reconditioning of the season in recruiting and personal care

Personal Marketing: Depending on your needs, you support personal marketing measures and represent CEWE at trade fairs

Your profile Studies & Focus: Continuous studies in the field of economics, business management, management, economic psychology, social sciences or a comparable discipline – ideally with the focus / in-depth

Availability: You are available in July-December 2026 as part of a mandatory internship
